A participatory performance at the Council Tax department of Tel Aviv Town Hall, which initiates personal, intimate interaction between the participants and this administrative functional space.  Hosted by 8 performers, the visitors to the Town hall are welcomed personally with a deeply humanistic approach rather than a "gray" functional visit to a municipality building.
